Our Services include coaching, counseling, guided meditations, retreats, and personal development content. They are designed for educational, wellness, and self-growth purposes.
They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
3. DISCLAIMER OF MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND RELIGIOUS ADVICE

4. NO GUARANTEES
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from coaching, counseling, retreats, meditations, or any part of the Services. Individual results depend on personal effort and circumstances.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the Services (including websites, apps, designs, audio, video, and written content) is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No commercial use, copying, or redistribution is allowed without our written consent.
6. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you confirm that:

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, unless waived when the service begins immediately. Once a digital session or subscription begins, the right of withdrawal is considered waived.

Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Retreats and events: Refund and cancellation terms are specified separately for each retreat and event. Deposits are typically non-refundable.

Force majeure: In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), refunds may be limited.
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

upload malware or harmful content,

impersonate others,

harass or abuse other users or staff,

infringe intellectual property rights,

reverse engineer or misuse our apps,

use automated bots or scrapers,

use the Services to compete with us or for unauthorized commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
10. USER CONTENT
If you post or submit content (e.g., reviews, testimonials, contributions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute that content for our Services. You remain the owner of your content. We may remove content at our discretion.
11. RETREATS AND EVENTS
By registering for retreats or in-person events, you confirm that:

12. DIGITAL SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

UAE: We make no guarantee that our Services are compliant with local regulations. You are solely responsible for compliance and for obtaining any necessary approvals, permits, or clearances.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (MANDATORY ARBITRATION)
Before formal proceedings, both parties must attempt informal negotiations for at least 30 days after written notice.
All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by mandatory binding arbitration under the Rules of the European Court of Arbitration, seated in Tallinn, Estonia, conducted in English, applying Estonian law.
Class actions and representative claims are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity. After termination, you may not create a new account without our consent.
20. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays effective. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
No joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Terms.
