He works as a speaker, counselor and evolutionary catalyst with people and organizations.
Originally Persian, Xerxes was born during the Iranian Revolution and grappled with revolutionary dynamics ever since. After having studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) in the UK he began to work as a consultant. In his late 20ies, he became a world nomad for two years and worked and traveled as a „Barefoot Doctor“. In recent years, he was involved in various pioneering and future projects as co-founder, counselor and strategist.
