We draw your profile first. Not your CV: a profile of the work that is yours, including what no role has asked of you yet, and whether you want to go on the way you were at all. So the next job is chosen against that profile, not against the last one.
We read where your field is going. What AI is making cheap in your field, what stays yours, which of your strengths AI can extend, and where you could excel next. In conversation and in writing.
We find what fits. I use AI to search what is open on the market right now against that profile. Together we look at which roles really match it. Which ones you pursue is your call.
