I know what it feels like to want to regain control of your life and get back to peak performance. To get there, you first need to manage your physical, emotional and mental state by implementing new habits – ones that work specifically for you and your unique situation and circumstances – while identifying the vision that leads you to live an inspired and fulfilled life again.

I have seen it so many times that burnout is the essential turning point in people’s lives before they achieve great things – before they become leaders on a mission. The problem is when you are physically exhausted, emotionally and mentally overwhelmed, it’s hard to get there alone.

After having accompanied people with burnout and and in crisis of meaning for years, I’ve experienced this too. Two external, extremely stressful and life-changing events within a few months had driven me to the brink of burnout. Yet, I was able to recover quickly as I knew what to do, found a sounding board and reevaluated and reinvent my life – eventually becoming a TEDx speaker within a year.

    Often it doesn’t take much to implement new healthy habits, but most people don’t know what to change or how to do it. I walk you through the process by identifying the habits you want to change and making the change as easy as possible.

    We will work with a structured coaching process that has successfully worked for multiple Nobel Prize winners for identifying your vision, mission that is aligned with your talents, values and purpose. Derived from that we will define new goals for your future

    Unlocking Flow states and Peak Performance

    We work with tools and techniques – including trance and binaural beats – that neuroscience has shown to have a positive impact on performance improvement and lead to peak performance. You will lern how to easily initiate flow in your daily life.


    Due to the pandemic, the entire business model of my industry was severely affected. Within a week, all our business partners cancelled their contracts with us. I had to fire almost all of our 1,200 employees and send them into uncertainty, and our company no longer had any prospects for the future. Within two weeks, I was mentally broken.     Is this normal therapy?

    The focus of this work is to address your current, urgent situation while working on the root cause. So my approach is very action-oriented.


    I don’t work with traditional psychology, but with a synthesis of Western and Eastern psychology combined with modern neuroscience, focusing first on overcoming exhaustion and an overloaded nervous system to stabilize and recover while we develop a strategy for your long-term well-being.

    The setting is different, too: rather than just one call per week, we develop a 1-3 month program in which – in addition to multiple 1-on-1 sessions per week – I am always available for emergencies, available via messaging and create an individualized recovery program, provide intensive support for your habit change, and record audio tracks tailored to your specific process.

    Will I have to work for years with you?

    No, this is a short-term yet intensive process, as burnout needs a high level of support and works particularly well when the process starts early in and is intensively supported. This is also very different from traditional therapy, where you usually enter into a long-term process with one session per week, where the focus is usually soley on long-term change.

    Will you have the time to intensively work with me?

    I only work with a maximum of five people at a time so that I can focus on and guarantee your process and recovery.


    Yes, I am available in case of emergency.

    How much do I have to pay to get started?

    The first call is free. After that, you pay a monthly fee for close support – 1on1 sessions, emergency calls, daily accessibility via messenging and tailored audiotracks. The price depends on the intensity of the support-type you choose.


    Depending on your needs and desires, and what stage of burnout you are in, the process usually takes between one and six months.


    I measure my work by the success of your quick and complete recovery so that you don’t need me any longer.
